Pre Markets (soon)

Hypershot's Pre-Market provides a streamlined and secure on-chain platform for buying and selling token allocations before their Token Generation Event (TGE).

Using smart contracts, it ensures transparent transactions between buyers and sellers while minimizing fraud risks.

How It Works

Buying Token Allocations

You can purchase token allocations by filling offers listed on the Pre-Market dashboard.

  • Types of Offers:

    • Flex Offers: Multiple buyers can contribute to fill an offer.

    • Full Offers: A single buyer must fill the entire offer.

Steps to Buy:

  1. Visit the Hypershot's Pre-Market dashboard and browse the listed offers.

  2. Select the type of offer that fits your needs.

  3. Deposit your funds into a secured escrow to finalize your order.

Funds are held in escrow until the seller delivers the tokens at TGE.

Track your orders easily in the My Orders section.

Selling Token Allocations

Sellers can either fill existing buy offers or create new ones with custom terms.

Steps to Sell:

  1. Browse buy offers on the Hypershot's Pre-Market dashboard.

  2. Deposit collateral to guarantee delivery of tokens to buyers.

  3. Settle the transaction post-TGE to release funds and recover your collateral.

Alternatively, create your own custom offers with tailored prices and quantities.

Sellers can also close unfulfilled offers at any time and reclaim their collateral.

Auction Module

The Auction Module lets sellers maximize returns by opening their allocations to competitive bidding.

  • Buyers can place bids on allocation offers.

  • Sellers can define auction duration and rules to optimize results.

  • Auctions ensure fair market pricing based on demand.

Managing Disputes and Cancellations

Canceling an Order and Claiming Compensation

If a seller fails to deliver tokens after TGE:

  • Buyers can cancel their orders and recover their deposits.

  • Compensation is deducted from the seller’s collateral.

Cancellation Conditions:

  • Orders can only be canceled if the seller is overdue on settlement.

  • Compensation equals the buyer’s original deposit.

Closing Offers

Before an offer is fully filled, buyers and sellers can close it:

  • Unfilled funds or collateral are returned.

  • Filled portions remain governed by Pre-Market rules.

Settlement Rules at TGE

When the TGE occurs, the settlement phase begins:

  • For Sellers:

    • Deliver tokens before the 24-hour settlement deadline.

    • Failure to settle on time allows buyers to cancel and claim compensation.

  • For Buyers:

    • Receive tokens once the seller settles.

All actions are secured by smart contracts to ensure transparency and fairness.
