# Time-Limited Auction

The auction period, lasting 24 to 48 hours, is designed to create a sense of urgency, ensuring that the token sale concludes on time, regardless of the total liquidity raised.

Liquidity is deployed either when **25% of the target raise is reached** or at the **end of the auction timer**, whichever comes first. Once the liquidity deployment is triggered, the raised funds are migrated to HyperEVM, making the token immediately tradable on a decentralized exchange.
